After completing a PhD in Mathematical Physics, Gwen followed her passion for applying analytical thinking to real-world problems as a Data Scientist in industry. She holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and Big Data Analytics and brings over nine years of commercial experience delivering data-driven solutions in complex, fast-changing, and often regulated environments.
Built on a strong academic foundation in Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Science, Gwen combines analytical rigour with a systems-oriented mindset and rapid domain adaptability grounded in first principles reasoning and analytical rigour. This enables her to understand complex business environments quickly and translate ambiguity into structured, workable approaches.
She has contributed to initiatives embedding ethical, quality, and governance standards across the full delivery lifecycle, from ideation through to production and maintenance.
She is known for her ability to lead cross-functional teams, operate effectively in complex problem spaces, and deliver solutions with a consistent focus on clarity, quality, and real-world impact.
